Jennifer Bowman

A Southern California native, she was introduced to archery through her daughter, who began competing in target archery. What started as a way to support her quickly turned into a personal passion for the sport. With a Juris Doctorate and a career in the legal field, she’s no stranger to juggling the demands of work and family—but no matter how hectic life gets, there’s always time for archery and helping others discover their own love for the sport.

As she puts it, “I showed up as a mom behind the spectator line—now I’m all in.”

Kevin Bowman

Kevin works in the world of IT and runs several successful technology companies while actively channeling his passion into the world of archery. As the creative force and vision behind Arrow Dynamic Archery, Kevin has built a thriving community where archers of all ages and skill levels feel welcome and inspired. With a natural charm and deep love for the sport, he has a remarkable ability to make people fall in love with archery the moment they hold a bow.

Kirk Bustamante

Kirk’s journey into archery began as a dedicated parent accompanying his son to practice and tournaments. What started as a supportive role quickly grew into a passion for helping others in the sport. While working for Millennium Space, Kirk still finds time to give back at the range, sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge with the archery community.

James Lu

James is a bright light at Arrow Dynamic Archery, always bringing a calm, focused energy and an encouraging presence to the range. Whether he’s dialing in on a target or helping others feel at home, James embodies the spirit of community and growth that defines our ADA family.

Outside the range, James is a skilled cook known for his to-die-for cheesecake and mouthwatering tiramisu—trust us, it’s legendary! He also practices martial arts, bringing the same discipline and precision to every movement that he brings to every shot.

Certified USA Archery Instructor

James serves as the Senior Public Policy Manager for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, where he focuses on shaping policy and building strong community partnerships. He brings extensive public sector experience, including years working with Los Angeles City Hall. A former USA Archery JOAD member, James can easily relate to the experiences and challenges of our younger generation of archers, having once stood exactly where they are today. Now a proud new father, his hands may be full at home, but his love for archery remains as strong as ever. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm shine through at the range, inspiring archers of all ages and skill levels.

Tao Liu

Certified USA Archery Instructor

Tao discovered Arrow Dynamic Archery shortly after the range opened and has been an integral part of our community ever since. She recently represented Arrow Dynamic Archery at the USA Archery Indoor Nationals in Chula Vista. The experience has ignited her enthusiasm for competition, and she looks forward to more events.

Known for her dedication, consistency, and thoughtful approach on the shooting line, Tao also brings a creative touch to the sport. She designs personalized accessories for archery equipment that many of our club members love and enjoy—blending function, individuality, and careful craftsmanship. Outside of archery, Tao is an avid animal lover, a reflection of the patience, compassion, and quiet focus that define her both on and off the range.

Tao’s commitment to growth, sportsmanship, and community makes her a valued and respected member of the Arrow Dynamic Archery family, and we are grateful to have her as part of our journey.

Jason Schoch

Like many at Arrow Dynamic Archery, Jason found his love for archery through his son’s passion for the sport. As a career strategist and coach, helping new archers confidently step to the line feels like a natural extension of the work he already loves.

When he’s not fletching what feels like bottomless quiver of arrows, Jason enjoys music, studying the mental game of archery, and playing D&D. If you spot him on his computer at the range on a Friday night, there’s a good chance he’s not working – but deeply engaged in a quest for treasure.

Terry Duncan

Terry helped bring the creative vision of the Arrow Dynamic Archery range to life—quite literally. An exceptional carpenter by trade, Terry’s fine attention to detail and craftsmanship can be seen in every corner of the range, from the beautifully built counters to the overall structure itself. With a career that includes building everything from iconic Hollywood movie sets to custom installations, Terry truly does it all. You’ll often find Terry at his home away from home—the range—always lending a helping hand and keeping a watchful eye on everything. Beyond his talent, Terry is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back—a genuine, generous soul who puts his heart into every project and every person he cares about.
