Jennifer Bowman
A Southern California native, she was introduced to archery through her daughter, who began competing in target archery. What started as a way to support her quickly turned into a personal passion for the sport. With a Juris Doctorate and a career in the legal field, she’s no stranger to juggling the demands of work and family—but no matter how hectic life gets, there’s always time for archery and helping others discover their own love for the sport.
As she puts it, “I showed up as a mom behind the spectator line—now I’m all in.”

Kevin works in the world of IT and runs several successful technology companies while actively channeling his passion into the world of archery. As the creative force and vision behind Arrow Dynamic Archery, Kevin has built a thriving community where archers of all ages and skill levels feel welcome and inspired. With a natural charm and deep love for the sport, he has a remarkable ability to make people fall in love with archery the moment they hold a bow.

Laurence Mo

Level 4 NTS Coach
Laurence is a USA Archery Level 4 NTS Coach with expertise in longbow, Olympic recurve, and compound archery. A former university gold medalist, he began training with Pasadena Roving Archers in 2007 and has since competed at state level. Having worked alongside Olympic Coach KiSik Lee, he has coached at Joy Lee Archery Academy and Woods Archery Range. Currently, he teaches archery at USC and Arrow Dynamic Archery, inspiring the next generation of archers.

Kirk Bustamante

Kirk’s journey into archery began as a dedicated parent accompanying his son to practice and tournaments. What started as a supportive role quickly grew into a passion for helping others in the sport. While working for Millennium Space, Kirk still finds time to give back at the range, sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge with the archery community.

James is a bright light at Arrow Dynamic Archery, always bringing a calm, focused energy and an encouraging presence to the range. Whether he’s dialing in on a target or helping others feel at home, James embodies the spirit of community and growth that defines our ADA family.
Outside the range, James is a skilled cook known for his to-die-for cheesecake and mouthwatering tiramisu—trust us, it’s legendary! He also practices martial arts, bringing the same discipline and precision to every movement that he brings to every shot.

James serves as the Senior Public Policy Manager for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, where he focuses on shaping policy and building strong community partnerships. He brings extensive public sector experience, including years working with Los Angeles City Hall. A former USA Archery JOAD member, James can easily relate to the experiences and challenges of our younger generation of archers, having once stood exactly where they are today. Now a proud new father, his hands may be full at home, but his love for archery remains as strong as ever. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm shine through at the range, inspiring archers of all ages and skill levels.

Terry helped bring the creative vision of the Arrow Dynamic Archery range to life—quite literally. An exceptional carpenter by trade, Terry’s fine attention to detail and craftsmanship can be seen in every corner of the range, from the beautifully built counters to the overall structure itself. With a career that includes building everything from iconic Hollywood movie sets to custom installations, Terry truly does it all. You’ll often find Terry at his home away from home—the range—always lending a helping hand and keeping a watchful eye on everything. Beyond his talent, Terry is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back—a genuine, generous soul who puts his heart into every project and every person he cares about.
